THE BLACK KNIGHT ALWAYS TRIUMPHS!

Black Knight was a metal band from Vancouver, Canada formed in 1981 that faded into Robscurity for the typical reasons:  line-up changes, idiot music producers hell bent on changing their sound, and of course record company indifference.  They released a self-financed EP (a familiar tale), called Master Of Disaster in 1985.  The Master Of Disaster reissue listed above was released in 2005 and consisted of the original EP (tracks 1-5), tracks 6-8 were demos recorded about six months earlier, and Tracks 9-11 (and the video) are even earlier recordings made with their original, male, vocalist. Yes, you read that right - The band originally had a male vocalist, Chris Hopkinson, but then opted for a female vocalist with one kick ass name - Lori "The Scream Queen" Wilde, who is one hell of a vocalist (good choice guys, because she is the better vocalist)).  By the way, the final track, the appropriately titled ballad "One More Night", was recorded in 2005 and reunites most of the band's classic line-up.
