Van Halen - Not

Hellanbach was considered NWOBHM's answer to Van Halen, so much to the point that they were given the nickname "Van Halen-Bach".  Why???   I have no idea.  Guitarist Dave Patton has his moments - but he is no Eddie Van Halen.  The group is no Van Halen, either - they sound pretty much like the majority of NWOBHM bands of the time.  There are some good rockers here like All The Way, All Systems Go, Let's Get This Show On The Road, but the Van Halen comparison is just ludicrous.  It was obviously a publicity stunt to spark sales- which it didn't.
