Hooker, the party finally faded away

We were a party band that just kept practicing and practicing, hell, we didn't care who came to listen to our practice sessions, we were young and got a good buzz on every night. It was a party every night and it finally got to where we were drawing a crowd at every practice. The whiskey & pot was everywhere. Then the drummer, ( best damned drummer I've ever worked with) decided he had had enough. He gave the bass player and myself a choice, we would try out this new guitar player, or he would quit. I knew I was going to do whatever this drummer wanted, he's that good. So the new guitar player was all business, no party! We had to sober up and quick, so we did. At least for a few years. I finally got so drunk on night I fell off the stage as well as made an ass of myself, which for all intense and purposes ended the group. We had recorded by this time though, and this LP are those sessions. We had a blast, and if you will give these tunes a listen I'm sure you will find some tunes you can dig. I hope so anyway.
