Diamond Rexx could best be described as Motley Crue wanna-bes; the look and the style (big hair!) were there, they had the cool names - Nasti Habits and S St. Lust, but the talent never rose to the Crue level.  The band's sophomore effort, Rated Rexx, showed definite signs of improvement, but they still weren't able to escape the sleazy bar band purgatory they were a prisoner of.
