Crescent Shield was a progressive Metal band from Los Angeles, CA, where they were founded as a side project by vocalist Michael Grant (of Onward) and guitarist Dan DeLucie (of Destiny's End). They enlisted bassist Melanie Sisneros (of New Eden) and drummer Craig Anderson (of Seven Witches) into the band and subsequently recorded 2006's The Last of My Kind through Italy's Cruz Del Sur Music label and three years later, the album The Stars Of Never Seen.  ​Unfortunately, the majority of their stuff is unrememberable to me.  It's as if they tried TOO HARD to be progressive and innovative.  If they would have just dumbed it down a bit, they would have been better.
