The band claimed “the one-take track, recorded live to tape with no edits, no dubs, no breaks, no sh*t”

Released in 1992, Roxy Blue's sole album Want Some? is a good old fashioned slab of good old party Hair Metal.  It seemed the band had everything going in their favor, they were signed to Geffen Records, home to Guns N’ Roses, White Zombie, and Aerosmith, and it was produced by Mike Clink, who did Appetite For Destruction and Use Your Illusion.  So what happened?  Why is Roxy Blue a member of the Robscurities alumni?  The answer is simple - timing.  This album was made just as the Grunge movement was exploding, sweeping the Hair Metal movement into the dustpan of history.  Standout tracks are Rob The Cradle, Rock A Bye Baby and a cover of The Who's Squeeze Box.

ROBSCURE FACT:  Vocalist Todd Poole is the son-in-law of the late, Jimi Jamison, vocalist of TARGET
