Is it really worth the time and effort to review a band who only released 2 songs in their career?  In this case, most definitely YES!  Although China Doll (Not to be confused with China Dolls) was not that heavy a band, in fact they were more hard rock/dare I say it - prog, these 2 songs are Real, and they're Spectacular!   Oysters and Wine is a very catchy tune, great vocals and lead guitar, while Past Tense has, to me anyway, a very Rush like bass line to it.  Definitely check this record out!
