Pretty much your standard glam/heavy metal that was being churned out in the 80's by a multitude of bands - nothing really spectacular, memorable, or original here. The title track Tear The House Down is the cream of this particular crop. Probably the most interesting thing about the band is that they had to change the spelling of their name from 'Hurricane Alice' to 'Hericane Alice' because of the protestations of another band named Hurricane. Even more interesting is the fact that the new spelling was suggested by Stevie Nicks of Fleetwood Mac fame.
