Jeronimo was a German hard rock band of the early 1970s. Their first studio release was a pink vinyl split with, of all bands, Creedence Clearwater Revival, called Spirit Orgaszmus. All of the Jeronimo's six tracks made their way onto the band's debut album Cosmic Blues (1970, Bellaphone), its music described as "Cream meets The Kinks." In 1971 founding member Rainer Marz departed and was replaced by Michael Koch. The band released their best album, Jeronimo in 1971. Standout cuts include Sunday's Child and Understanding.
Their third record, Time Ride (1972), now on Bacillus Records, proved to be their final one.
