If you Google Little Village, about the only thing that comes up is the 1991 band comprised of Ry Cooder (guitar, vocal), John Hiatt (guitar, piano, vocal), Nick Lowe (bass, vocal) and Jim Keltner (drums).  This Little Village, however, recorded their sole album in 1977 and features Mark Couture, Bernie Palka, Kark Maulucci and John Frisell, who would later join the band Fountainhead.  There's some fine guitar playing on this album - I especially like the tracks I'm Not Talkin, Beaver Fever, and You Show me.
