Breaker was an NWOBHM inspired American band (although they cite Scorpions and Accept as influences) formed in the early 80's in Cleveland, Ohio.  Their debut album, 'Get Tough' was produced in 1987, although the band's first single, "Blood Money," was released locally in 1983.  Standout tracks include the riffy Razor's Edge and Black & White as well as my personal favorite, Lie To Me.  To this day the band remains a relatively unknown Robscurity, (except locally) but they're still popular in, of all places, Germany.  (Scorpions and Accept influence?)  An appearance at the 2000 Wacken Music Festival represents a career highlight for the band, their other highlight being nominated for a World Record for most compilation appearances.  5 bonus Robscurities points to the band for covering Pictured Life by Scorpions!
