Impeccable named themselves after the similarly named Budgie album.

Impeccable, formerly known as Live Wire, formerly known as Axxe, (what band wasn't previously known as Axe, Axxe, etc.) were a hard rock band from Texas that formed and subsequently folded in the late 70's.  They recorded a single in 1978 under the name Axxe, then recorded this scorching live set, Live At The Rox, in 1979.  The album  was recorded at a club in Lubbock called The Rox, owned by Carlo Campanelli.  1,000 copies of the Live on the Rox album were released under the GBC label, a fictional label created by Carlo.  It was said by Campanelli that GBC stood for Great Big Con.  What a shame that they never got to release an album on a 'legitimate' label,  because this band absolutely smoked!
