Ah yes, rock n roll made just right way, LOUD!.. In this case Made In Rock (1976) was the only album that the Swedish band Solid Ground would ever produce.  It is unfortunate that a lot of the great obscure bands of the 70’s were one and done due to poor management, rip-off record companies, internal strife; you get the picture.

    Solid Ground was probably the hardest rockin’ act to come outta Sweden  at the time. If you read some other reviews it comes across as a benign boil on the ass of music, however in my opinion even though it might not be anything “special”, it still rocks and in the end that is what matters.  Some pretty good guitar, decent vocs and rhythm section.  All in all not bad for being made in one day. I like it and I think a lot rockers will like it too.
